K&D Roofing and Construction LLC provides roofing, exterior construction, and remodeling in Colorado. Services depend on the project, scheduling, and site conditions. Work must be suitable for safe and lawful performance.
2. Estimates and Project Agreements
A website inquiry requests information or an estimate. It does not book work or create a construction contract. Project scope, price, payment terms, and any agreed schedule belong in the agreement for the work. Changes in materials, site conditions, or scope may require changes to that agreement.
3. Payments
This website does not collect payments. Refer to your project agreement for payment amounts, due dates, and any financing arrangement. No payment schedule is established by submitting a contact form.
4. Appointments and Access
Discuss property access, pets, and known hazards when arranging work. An inquiry alone does not confirm an appointment. Any cancellation terms and notices required by law belong with the applicable project agreement, not an assumed website booking.
5. Insurance Claim Assistance
We provide guidance through storm-damage inspections, claim filing, and repairs. Your insurer determines coverage under your policy. We are not public adjusters and do not negotiate claim settlements. We do not offer to pay, waive, or rebate an insurance deductible.
6. Financing
Financing is available. Request the current program terms before deciding whether to use it. This website does not establish an interest rate, repayment schedule, fees, or approval for an individual applicant.
7. Privacy
The Privacy Policy on this website explains the information requested through service inquiries and Restoration Project nominations. Share another person’s contact information only with their permission.
