A Message From Our Founder
I’m Kirk—a Colorado native who has lived in the Colorado Springs area my entire life. This community isn’t just where we work; it’s our home, and the people here are our neighbors. Over the years, we’ve been blessed to help local families with emergency housing, rent assistance, vehicles, food, and minor home repairs. But my heart has always been to step up and make a deeper, lasting impact right here at home. The Restoration Project is our way of doing just that.
How the Program Works
The Restoration Project is a joint initiative powered by K&D Roofing & Construction and K&D Ministries. We walk alongside local families facing hardship, provide critical repairs, spend the day sharing and connecting with them, and document their journey to inspire our community.
Family Selection
Identifying local families facing severe structural repairs or hardship.
Day of Service & Connection
Our team spends the day on-site, completing repairs, sharing stories, and providing hands-on support.
Documenting the Journey
Recording and sharing video stories of each project to raise community awareness.
Ongoing Support
Continuing assistance with basic needs, housing, and repairs through K&D Ministries.
